To install the config file, follow these instructions.

• Click this link to download the configuration file.
• A file named 2026.seb should appear in your Downloads folder
• Click on the downloaded file to start configuration.
• A message will appear on screen if successful stating “The client configuration has been saved… Do you want to quit SEB for now?”
• Select Yes.
• Once configured you can launch Safe Exam Browser from your desktop or by searching for the app on your computer.

If correctly installed and configured, once lauched Safe Exam Browser will take you to the FIFA Agent Platform log in page.

Please note the Safe Exam Browser QUIT password QUIT2804 before proceeding to next step, as once Safe Exam Browser is launched, your computer will be locked down. This password will be required to exit the software.

A. If you are unable to download the config file, please try our general troubleshooting guidelines. If you have checked these items and are still unable to download the file, please contact VICTVS Support immediately for further assistance using the black Live Chat icon on this screen.

A.  This means you do not have the correct config file installed on your laptop or computer.  To resolve, please follow the steps outlined at the top of this page.

A.  To exit Safe Exam Browser properly at the end of your Pre-Exam Readiness Check or after your exam, please click the QUIT icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, then enter password QUIT2804.  Note this password is case sensitive.

A.  This error message is shown when you have installed Safe Exam Browser but NOT yet installed the configuration file.  To install the config file, follow the instructions at the top of this page.

A.  This error message displays when you are trying to launch Safe Exam Browser, but have more than one screen connected to your computer. To resolve, disconnect any additional monitors and try to launch Safe Exam Browser again.

A.  This error message is shown if you are running a programme on your computer which is not permitted by Safe Exam Browser.  You should close the listed programme and then try to launch Safe Exam Browser again.

A. This error message indicates that you have previously installed a config file to this device that was password protected.  If you sat the 5th FIFA Football Agent Exam in 2025, and are receiving this message, please contact Live Chat for the admin password using the icon on screen.

A. This error indicates that you need to set Safe Exam Browser as the default programme for this file type.  To resolve, you should:

• Locate the file named 2026.seb in your Downloads folder.
• Right click on the file, then navigate to Open with > Safe Exam Browser.

If Safe Exam Browser is not listed as one of the available applications then you should:

• Locate the file named 2026.seb in your Downloads folder.
• Right click on the file, then navigate to Open with > Choose another app > Choose an app on your PC.
• A window will open, showing your C drive.
• From the list navigate to Safe Exam Browser > Application > Safe Exam Browser > Open.

This will set Safe Exam Browser as the default programme to open this type of file on your computer.

We recommend to select Always to prevent having to do this again.
