Pre-Exam Readiness Check Step 1: Minimum specifications

In order to sit the FIFA Football Agent Exam, you must have access to the following equipment:

  • A smartphone with functioning camera, microphone and speakers
  • A laptop or personal computer with functioning webcam, microphone and speakers (can be external or integrated).
  • A stable internet connection

This equipment must meet or exceed these minimum technical specifications.

A. If you do not have access to a smartphone meeting the required minimum specifications, you will not be permitted to start your exam on exam day.

You should source a different smartphone to use for your exam if possible.

If your smartphone does not meet the minimum specifications for Operating System, you may be able to update this within the device settings.

Note, you will not be permitted to use headphones during your exam, so your smartphone must have working integrated microphone and speakers.

A. If you do not have access to a personal computer or laptop meeting the required minimum specifications, you will not be permitted to start your exam on exam day.

You should source a different personal computer or laptop to use for your exam if possible.

If your PC/laptop does not meet the minimum specifications for Operating System, you may be able to update this within the device settings.

Note, you will not be permitted to use headphones during your exam, so your PC/laptop must have working integrated microphone and speakers. External webcams, keyboards and mice are permitted.   Additional monitors are also not permitted during this exam, so must be disconnected.

A. If your internet speed falls below the published minimum required, you will not be permitted to take the exam on exam day.

You should find an alternative internet network to use for both the Pre-Exam Readiness Check and on exam day.

Use of mobile internet is permitted, as long as the speed meets the minimum requirements.

An internet speed check is available as part of the Pre-Exam Readiness Check.
