This guide covers how to prepare for your exam day, what to expect when you join your session, and a reminder of how the exam platform works.  You can also find some Frequently Asked Questions.

What to expect on your Exam Day

Before you enter your exam you should:

  • Find a quiet and private room to sit your exam in, with no other people around, and a door that can shut.
  • Prepare a suitable clear desk space, meeting the FIFA Rules and Regulations.
  • Check you have a suitable internet connection to complete the exam.
  • Prepare your computer, and mobile device, including connecting them to a power source, or ensuring they are fully charged.
  • Have a copy of your ID document to hand.
  • Understand what time you need to start system checks, enter the exam session and what time your exam will start.

At 60 minutes before you are due to start your exam you should:

  • Launch Safe Exam Browser from your desktop.
  • Log into the FIFA Agent Platform.
  • Go to Licensing > Start Exam. The exam platform will open in a new window.
  • Click on your exam session.
  • Complete the on the day System Check, by following instructions on screen and ticking relevant boxes.
  • You should NOT click OPEN EXAM until your invigilator asks you to do so.

By 30 minutes before you are due to start your exam you should:

  • Have completed your on the day System Check, and be waiting in the exam session.
  • Your invigilator will  join the exam session at this point, and  will confirm that:
    • You are using Safe Exam Browser
    • You are connected via your webcam and mobile app, and that you are sharing your screen.

NOTE: If you do not have all modes connected when the invigilator arrives to the session, you will not be permitted access to your exam. 

  • Your invigilator will then:
    • Ask to see a copy of your ID document.
    • Ask you to use your mobile device to show them around your exam room, including your desk area.
    • Ask you to position your mobile device so they can see you and your desktop.
  • If you pass both of these pre-exam checks, you will be eligible to proceed to your exam.

At 5 minutes before your exam starts:

  • Your invigilator will read you the rules and regulations of the exam.
  • Ask you to click Open Exam, and get ready to enter your PIN.

At the exam start time, or shortly afterwards:

  • Your invigilator will provide you with a six-digit entry PIN, which you will need to enter to start your exam.
  • Verify you have started your exam and you have 60 minutes on the countdown timer (unless you have an approved medical accommodation).
  • Your invigilator will remain connected to you via your webcam and mobile device for the duration of the exam.
  • You can contact them by raising your hand, speaking aloud, or sending a chat message.
  • Once you have completed and submitted your exam, you should wait for the invigilator to permit you to end your session. They will provide you with the password required to quit Safe Exam Browser.

Frequently Asked Questions about Exam Day

A. Sessions open to candidates 60 minutes before the Exam Start time listed in your booking.

Please make sure you join promptly when the session opens. You must complete your System Check – connecting your FIFA Football Agent mobile app, webcam and screenshare using Safe Exam Browser (SEB) before the invigilator arrives. You have 30 minutes after your session opens to do this.

A. The invigilator will join you 30 minutes before the Exam Start time.

The invigilator will immediately begin pre-exam checks and cannot assist you with System Check issues once they join. You must be connected by FIFA Football Agent mobile app, webcam and screenshare using Safe Exam Browser (SEB) when the invigilator arrives to be allowed to proceed with pre-exam checks and the exam.

A. Please refer to your email booking confirmation which has your exam start time/date in your local time depending on your location.

Make sure your devices are set to the time zone and location of your exam booking to ensure you are joining at the correct time.

A. You can contact VICTVS Support via live chat ONLY during your System Check (within the first 30 minutes of your session before your invigilator arrives) if you encounter any technical issues.  There is a button on screen to request help.

Once the invigilator joins, at 30 minutes before your exam start if you are not connected by FIFA Football Agent mobile app, webcam and screenshare using Safe Exam Browser (SEB), you will not be able to proceed with your pre-exam checks and exam. A. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted to take your exam.

Please ensure you join your exam session 60 minutes before your listed Exam Start time to complete your System Check and set up on the platform.

VICTVS invigilators will not proceed with any late candidates and they will be asked to leave the session.

A. If you encounter an issue during the on the day System Check, your invigilator will not be able to provide any technical help to resolve an issue.

Once your exam has started, your invigilator will be able to assist you with basic technical queries, such as what to try if you experience a disconnection from the exam platform, or smartphone app.

However, the sole role of the invigilators is to safeguard the integrity of the exam. As a result, they are not responsible for providing any assistance regarding any other technical issues on the exam day.

They will also be able to assist you with queries regarding the exam platform, such as how to access exam tools, or enter your PIN.
