Pre-Exam Readiness Check Step 9: Smartphone app set up

On exam day, your invigilator will communicate with you through both your laptop or computer, and via the FIFA Football Agent Exam smartphone app.

You can download the FIFA Football Agent Exam app using the links below.  Alternatively, try searching ‘FIFA Football Agent Exam’ in your app store.  If you are unable to find the correct application, please contact us.

You should also check:

  • You have enough free space on your smartphone to download the app
  • Your smartphone is connected to the internet
  • Your smartphone meets our minimum technical specifications

A. Please use the email address associated with your account on the FIFA Agent Platform to log in.  You may be asked to provide two factor authentication.  If you do not know your log in details, please email legal.digital.support@fifa.org

A.  To log into the FIFA Football Agent Exam app, you will be asked to use Microsoft Entra. You may need to add a new account if this is the first time you have used Entra on your smartphone.  Please follow the video walkthrough below.

The first time you open the app, you will be promoted to follow a walkthrough that will ask you to:

  • Allow the app to send you notifications.
  • Allow the app access to your camera.
  • Upload and ID document and picture of yourself.
  • Allow the app permission to access your microphone.
  • Test your microphone is working.

If you allow permission for each of these pop ups, you will have granted the correct access.  You can also check or change these setting within your phone settings, however you MUST give permission to the app to access your microphone and camera before you sit the exam.

Refresh your app by pulling down on the page.  If no new sessions appear then please speak to one of our team now using Live Chat or contact us.

Pre-Exam Readiness Check sessions will only be available to candidates who have made an exam booking via the FIFA Agent Platform.

A. The two letters that appear at the end of the Session title indicate the language that your exams will be delivered in, as well as the language spoken by your invigilator.

EN = English, ES = Spanish, FR = French, DE = German

If the language does not match the language you selected during exam booking, and as indicated on your Booking Confirmation, please contact VICTVS Support, or using Live Chat by clicking the icon on screen.
