Pre-Exam Readiness Check Step 10: Test smartphone camera

Your invigilator will need to be able to view you through both  the camera on your smartphone and via your laptop or computer’s webcam on exam day.

Some general troubleshooting tips to try if you are having issues with connecting your smartphone camera to the web platform are:

  • Check phone settings to ensure you have given the FIFA Football Agent Exam application permission to access your camera
  • Check you have the most recent version of the smartphone app installed
  • Close any other applications on your smartphone that may be using your camera and try again
  • Check you have clicked Start Session on the smartphone app

 A. Once you have progressed to Step 10 of the Pre-Exam Readiness Check on your computer, you should follow on screen instructions by clicking Join then Start Session on your mobile app.

A short video will play within the mobile application with a message from the demo invigilator, and you should receive some demo chat messages via the messaging function.

Once the video has ended, click Test smartphone camera button on the web app.

If working correctly, the video feed from your mobile will be displayed on the web platform.  This indicates your mobile device is set up correctly.
