This quick guide will show you, as a candidate sitting the FIFA Football Agent Exam, how to make sure you are ready for exam day. We will also give some hints and tips on how best to prepare for your exam.

In advance of your exam session you should:

1. Download and set up the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app on your smartphone.
   • Log in, using the same login details as you use on the FIFA Football Agent Platform.
   • Confirm you can see an exam session listed, and that the time, date and language matches your booking.
2. Install and configure Safe Exam Browser to your laptop or PC.
   • Launch Safe Exam Browser and check you can log into the FIFA Agent Platform and see your session listed.

On exam day, 30 minutes before your chosen exam start time, you should:

• Log into the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app, click Join and then Start Session.
• You will then be able to hear and see your invigilator on your mobile phone.
• Your invigilator will conduct pre-exam checks, and invite you to open Safe Exam Browser from your computer’s desktop.
• Log into the FIFA Agent Platform, and select Start the exam.
• When directed to, click Test audio / video, then Start session.
• You will then also be able to see your invigilator via the web platform.
• When directed to, click Share screen, and then Open exam.
• Your invigilator will read the exam rules and regulations, and at exam start time give you the PIN to start your exam via chat messaging.
• If you have questions, you can ask your invigilator via your video feed, or via chat messaging.

• Make sure you are in a room which meets FIFA requirements, and your desk space only contains permitted items.
• Make sure your smartphone and computer are fully charged and you have access to a charger.
• Find somewhere suitable for your smartphone during the exam session.
• Make sure you know your login details for the FIFA Agent Platform.
• Make sure you have your permitted ID document ready to show to the invigilator.
• Make sure to join your exam session 30 minutes before your chosen exam start time.
