About the Pre-Exam Readiness Check
Access to the Pre-Exam Readiness Check closed at 1200 CET on 17 June 2025.
The Pre-Exam Readiness Check allows you, as a candidate sitting the FIFA Football Agent Exam to check that your devices are correctly set up, and compliant with FIFA Rules and Regulations. It will allow you to experience what sitting a remotely invigilated exam will be like, and familiarise yourself with the exam platform.
By completing the following steps, you can feel confident on your exam day:
- Set up the FIFA Football Agent Exam Mobile app on your smartphone
- Install and configure Safe Exam Browser to your laptop or PC
- Join the Pre-Exam Readiness Check exam session on your mobile and via Safe Exam Browser
- Explore the exam interface

Important note:
- The Pre-Exam Readiness Check is a single-access readiness check.
- Once you begin your Pre-Exam Readiness Check session is opened, you have 24 hours to complete your exam session.
- You will only have access to one exam session.
- The session will begin when the PIN is entered.

Step 1: Set up the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app
You will need a mobile device that meets FIFA minimum technical specifications to connect with your invigilator on exam day.
To complete set of up your mobile device you should:
- Download the FIFA Football Agent Exam Mobile App on your mobile device.
- Log in using your FIFA Agent Platform email and password
- Complete the in app walkthrough including:
- Allowing camera and microphone access
- Follow all on-screen prompts

A. Please use the email address associated with your account on the FIFA Agent Platform to log in. You may be asked to provide two factor authentication. If you do not know your log in details, please email legal.digital.support@fifa.org.
The first time you open the app, you will be promoted to follow a walkthrough that will ask you to:
- Allow the app to send you notifications.
- Allow the app access to your camera.
- Upload and ID document and picture of yourself.
- Allow the app permission to access your microphone.
- Test your microphone is working.
If you allow permission for each of these pop ups, you will have granted the correct access. You can also check or change these setting within your phone settings, however you MUST give permission to the app to access your microphone and camera before you sit the exam.
Step 2: Check your exam session
Once you have completed the app walkthrough you will get to the Sessions screen.
To check your session you should:
- Confirm a session is listed for the Pre-Exam Readiness Check.
- Check that the session language matches your booking (e.g. EN, ES, FR, DE).
- Do not press Join Session until ready, as this starts a 24-hour timer to complete the check.
A. Refresh your app by pulling down on the page. If no new sessions appear then please speak to one of our team now using Live Chat or contact us.
The two letters that appear at the end of the Session title indicate the language that your exams will be delivered in, as well as the language spoken by your invigilator.
EN = English, ES = Spanish, FR = French, DE = German
If the language does not match the language you selected during exam booking, please contact VICTVS Support, by emailing support@victvs.com.
A. For all sessions labelled as Pre-Exam Readiness Check, the stated time will NOT match your chosen exam start time on your real exam day.
Your FIFA Football Agent exam session will be released to your app a maximum of seven days in advance of the exam date, and you will be asked to check the time, date and exam language are correct.
Step 3: Install Safe Exam Browser
The next stage in preparing for your exam is setting up Safe Exam Browser. Safe Exam Browser is a web browser that only allows access to certain websites and materials during your exam. It protects the security of the exam by making sure you, and all other candidates cannot access other software or digital resources during your exam. Use of Safe Exam Browser is mandatory during FIFA Exams.
To complete the set up of Safe Exam Browser you should:
A. Check that you are using a device that meets the technical specifications required. If so, please contact VICTVS Support immediately for further assistance using the live chat icon on screen.
A. If you have installed Safe Exam Browser, and the config file successfully, once you click on Safe Exam Browser icon on your desktop it should open and direct you to the FIFA Agents Platform. If it does not do this, try installing the config file from your Downloads folder once more. Once installation of the config file is complete, you will see this pop up on your screen.
A. If Safe Exam Browser is configured correctly, it will not permit you to use a second monitor or display during the exam, so you may receive an error message (see image). To solve this error, disconnect any additional displays and try to launch Safe Exam Browser again.
You may also receive a pop up asking you to close applications such as Microsoft Teams. We advise you to close all additional programmes on your computer or laptop before launching Safe Exam Browser.
A. Click the quit icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. When promoted to enter the quit Password, please enter QUIT1819.
Step 4: Access FIFA Football Agent Exam web platform
The next stage in the Pre-Exam Readiness Check is to set up your laptop or PC, and connect to the web platform. This is where you will connect with your invigilator through your webcam, share your screen and also where you will access your exam.
To set up your FIFA Football Agent Exam web platform you should:
- Open Safe Exam Browser and log in to the FIFA Agent Platform with the same credentials as the mobile app.
- Go to Licensing > Exam Information > Start Pre-Exam Readiness Check.
- Your Pre-Exam Readiness Check session will be displayed.
A. Please make sure you are using the log in associated with your account on the FIFA Agent Platform, the same log in as used to access the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app. If nothing happens after you enter your email, or you receive an error message, this indicates you may need to use two factor authentication. To set this up, please:
- Close Safe Exam Browser using QUIT password QUIT1819.
- Open another browser such as Google Chrome.
- Log into the FIFA Agent Platform.
- Navigate to Start Pre Exam Readiness Check.
- When promoted to secure your account, follow the on screen instructions from Microsoft to set up 2FA.
- Once completed, close your web browser and try to follow steps 4 and 5 of this checklist again.
A. This indicates you do not have the correct config file installed. Please go back to Step 3.
A. Please check that you are using the correct details to log into the application. If you are still encountering issues, please contact VICTVS Support now by sending us an email or using live chat now.
A. This pop up indicates you are not using Safe Exam Browser to conduct your Pre-Exam Readiness Check. We strongly suggest you follow all the steps to ensure you are fully prepared for your exam day. Please close your web browser, and open Safe Exam Browser to continue. If you don’t have Safe Exam Browser installed on your laptop or PC, you can either follow the link on screen, or go back to Step 3.
Step 5. Join the Pre-Exam Readiness Check session
If you have successfully completed Steps 1 – 4, you are now ready to access your Pre-Exam Readiness Check exam session;
To start your Pre-Exam Readiness Check session you should:
- On the mobile app, press Join Session. Do not press Start Session until directed.
- In Safe Exam Browser, click on the Pre-Exam Readiness Check session.
- Click Test audio/video and ensure your video appears.
- Note the PIN shown on screen.
- Click Start Session (on web and in mobile app) and Share Screen (on web) when prompted.
- Test chat functionality with the invigilator.
- Click Open Exam.
A. Please confirm you have a working webcam and speakers connected to your laptop or PC. If you have any other programmes running that may be using these devices, please exit Safe Exam Browser, close these programmes, then try to Test audio / video again. If you are still having issues, please contact VICTVS Support, via email or live chat.
A. During the Pre-Exam Readiness Check, no invigilator will be connected to the session so the invigilator screen on both the mobile app and web platform will appear blank.
A. This indicates you may need to use two factor authentication. To set this up, please:
- Close Safe Exam Browser using QUIT password QUIT1819.
- Open another browser such as Google Chrome.
- Log into the FIFA Agent Platform.
- Navigate to Start Pre Exam Readiness Check.
- When promoted to secure your account, follow the on screen instructions from Microsoft.
- Once completed, close your web browser and try to follow steps 4 and 5 of this checklist again.
A. After clicking Join Session then Start Session within the mobile app, this screen will appear. The status will remain as connected and the timer will not start counting as no live invigilator is connected during PERC sessions. If you can see this, you can feel confident that your app is correctly set up ready for exam day.
Step 6: Explore the exam interface
This next step will help you understand how to navigate your exam, access Study Materials, and use all of the functions available to you during the exam.
To do this you should:
- Read instructions and access Study Materials from provided links within the exam platform.
- Enter the PIN and click Start Assessment.
- Explore all exam features and answer sample questions.
- When finished, click Finish, then use the quit icon and enter QUIT1819 to exit Safe Exam Browser.
A. The PIN to start your Pre-Exam Readiness Check session will be displayed on screen when you enter your web session, and are asked to Test audio / video.
A. Several tools and features are available to candidates within their exam including:
- PDF version of the FIFA Study Materials in either English, French or Spanish. This includes the ability to search this document.
- Access to Unofficial Translator tool
- Calculator
A. No. You only have access to one Pre-Exam Readiness Check. If you have correctly followed all the steps in this checklist, you are ready to sit your examination.
A. There are no results from the Pre-Exam Readiness Check. This is not an exam, it is a technical test to help you confirm that your equipment is setup correctly for the day of the exam.
