About the FIFA Football Agent Exam

A. The FIFA Football Agent Exam will be delivered online, with the exam invigilated by a remote invigilator.  On exam day, you will connect with your invigilation session using the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app, as well as via your laptop or PC using Safe Exam Browser.  Once logged into Safe Exam Browser, you will be able to access the exam questions.

A.  You will connect with your remote invigilator via the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app.  You will complete identification and environment checks, and then be asked to open Safe Exam Browser to connect your webcam and access the exam.  You must remain connected with your invigilator via both devices for the whole exam. The exam lasts 60 minutes and consists of 20 multiple-choice questions.

A.  You will need: A laptop or desktop with a webcam, microphone, and Safe Exam Browser installed; and a smartphone with the FIFA Exam App.  Both must meet FIFA’s technical specifications.  If you do not have access to both devices on exam day then you will not be permitted to start the exam.

A. Yes. You must complete the Pre-Exam Readiness Check (PERC) to test your devices, software, and internet connection.  The PERC will be available between 02 June 2025 and 17 June 2025, and a checklist is provided in the link above for candidates to follow.

A. No. The Pre-Exam Readiness Check is a single-access readiness check designed to check that your devices are compatible and set up correctly before exam day, and to allow you to better understand the exam day process, including how the exam interface works.

It is not a mock exam and must be completed within 24 hours of when you begin the check.

How to download and set up the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app

Ensure that you are searching for ‘FIFA Football Agent Exam’.  If you still can’t find it, it may be that we are not yet listed in your region, so please contact us.

A. Ensure you have enough free space to install the app (32.2MB iOS, 99MB Android), and that your operating systems meets the minimum technical requirements.

A.  You should use the same log in details as you have used to register on the FIFA Agent Platform to log into the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app.  If you don’t know these details, please contact legal.digital.support@fifa.org for assistance.

A. The language of the mobile app is delivered based on your location settings of your smart phone. To change this, please change your location within your settings.

A. The times displayed on your FIFA Football Agent Exam app will be your local time zone, based on the settings on your mobile device.  The times displayed on the website version of the FIFA Football Agent Exam will be in UTC, regardless of which time zone you are located in.

How to scan your ID

A. Check that you have granted permission for the FIFA Football Agent Exam app to access your camera within your device settings.

A.  Exit the ID scan screen, and then re-open.  If the error message persists then please contact us.

How to start your session

A.  You will be notified by email when exam sessions have been added to your mobile app.  If you have received this email, refresh your app by pulling down on the page.  If no new sessions appear then please speak to one of our team now using Live Chat or contact us.

A.  If you see this message, the Invigilator may not yet have started the session, so wait a few minutes and try again.  If you are still having problems, please speak to one of our team using Live Chat or contact us.  Sessions are typically opened 30 minutes in advance of your exam start time.

A. If you have biometric authentication set up on your device (e.g.: Face ID, Touch ID or Fingerprint), you should be able to use this to enter your session on the FIFA Football Agent Exam app.  If you do not have biometric authentication set up on your device, or if this does not work when entering the mobile app, you may be prompted to enter a PIN.  This is your own device PIN – not an assessment PIN or your app password.

If you are unable to log in to the FIFA Football Agent Exam app with biometric authentication or your device PIN, please go to your device settings and turn off the biometric authentication.  You will then be able to log in to the FIFA Football Agent Exam app by bypassing authentication.

Safe Exam Browser

A.  Safe Exam Browser is a secure browser that locks your system to prevent access to unauthorised resources during the exam.  Use of Safe Exam Browser is required for all FIFA Football Agent Exams.

A.  You can download Safe Exam Browser, and the related configuration file using this link.  We strongly suggest following the Pre Exam Readiness Checklist , to ensure Safe Exam Browser is configured correctly before your exam day.  Note that you must use the above link to download the correct version of Safe Exam Browser.

A.  You can download the correct config file using this link.   To install the config file, double click on the file titled config.seb in your recent downloads folder. This will configure Safe Exam Browser ready for your exam.

A.  If correctly installed and configured, you should see the FIFA Agent Platform login page when you open Safe Exam Browser.  If you do not, it may be that you have not installed the config file.

A.  To install Safe Exam Browser and the config file on your Mac you should:

  1. Go to this link and download the Safe Exam Browser for Mac installer.
  2. In your Downloads folder, double click on the SEBMac.dmg file.  This will open a window as per the image.
  3. Click on the Safe Exam Browser icon and drag and drop into the displayed Applications folder.
  4. Go back to this link and download the  config.file for Mac.
  5. In your Downloads folder, double click on config.seb.  A window will open confirming the config file has been installed.

A.  To install Safe Exam Browser and the config file on your Windows computer you should:

  1. Go to this link and download the Safe Exam Browser installer.
  2. In your Downloads folder, double click on the SEBWindows.exe file.  Please follow on screen instructions to install application.
  3. Go back to this link and download the  config.file for Windows.
  4. In your Downloads folder, double click on config.seb.  A window will open confirming the config file has been installed.

Camera and Microphone

A.  Check that you are using a device that meets the technical specifications required by the FIFA Football Agent Exam app.  If so, please ensure that you have given the FIFA Football Agent Exam app permission to access your camera within your device settings.

A. Check that you have given the FIFA Football Agent Exam app permission to access your microphone within your device settings.

A.  Disconnect any headphones or other Bluetooth devices connected to your mobile device and check that the volume is turned up. The FIFA Football Agent Exam app uses the call volume setting on Android. If you are experiencing low volume then please check call volume on your device. Invigilators can mute their microphones during a live session, but you can always contact them via the Chat tab within your session.

A.   Firstly, check that you have pressed the ‘Start Session’ button within session.  Invigilators can also mute their video feed throughout a live session, but you can always contact them via the Chat tab within your session.

A.  Wait a few seconds, as the issue may rectify itself.  If it continues, please contact the Invigilator via the Chat tab who will advise you on how to proceed.

A.  When an Invigilator mutes their video feed, it will appear as frozen.  If you wish to contact them, you can do so via the Chat tab, or contact us via Live Chat.

A. The Invigilator will need to see a clear view of your laptop screen, your work space/desk and you during your entire session.  We suggest positioning your mobile device in an upright position, either at your side, or slightly behind you with a view over your shoulder.  Be creative and use any nearby surfaces to help you get the right view.  You can use this handy guide to see some example of correct phone placement.

Chat

A.  The chat function is available before, during and after the session, for you to speak directly to the Invigilator.  To access, enter your session and click on the ‘Chat’ icon.

A. Please wait a few seconds and try to send a message again.  If messages are still not sending then please contact us or speak to one of our Support team now using Live Chat.

Multi-Mode Monitoring

A. Multi-Mode Monitoring allows your VICTVS invigilator to connect to you via your FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app and via the web platform, using your laptop or PC webcam and speakers. It also allows your invigilator to view your screen during an examination.

A. Multi-Mode Monitoring is required during all FIFA Football Agent Exams.  After joining the session using your mobile app, your invigilator will provide instructions on how to connect your webcam and share your screen.

A. Once you have joined your session via your FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app and connected to your VICTVS invigilator, you can set up Multi-Mode Monitoring by opening Safe Exam Browser, and following the on screen steps to access your session via the web platform.

A. The times displayed on your FIFA Football Agent Exam app will be your local time zone, based on the settings on your mobile device.  The times displayed on the website version of the FIFA Football Agent Exam will be in UTC, regardless of which time zone you are located in.

During your exam session

A. Your invigilator will request that you place your mobile device somewhere where they can clearly see you, your workspace and your monitor during the session.  Our guide on how to prepare your equipment and workspace, as well as where to position your mobile device can be found here (PDF).

A.  You should use the same log in details for both the FIFA Football Agent Exam mobile app, as you use on the FIFA Agent Platform.  If you have forgotten these details, please contact legal.digital.support@fifa.org

A. Your invigilator will provide guidance on how to find and start your exam on exam day. You can find the ‘Start the Exam’ button under Licensing > Exam. This will only be visible on the day of your scheduled exam.

A. Support is available before and during the exam via live chat function at support.victvs.com, or via email at support@victvs.com.  You can also ask your invigilator for help if you are connected to them by asking your question verbally or via the the chat messaging function.

A.  Yes.

For Mac users:

You can either click in the open search bar,  or use Command + F to open the search bar within the study materials.  You cannot paste terms into this search bar but you can type anything you wish to search then press Enter to show all available results, and use the < and > buttons to move easily between these search results.

You cannot search within the questions and answers window.

For Windows users:

You can either click the three parallel lines in the top right hand corner, and select Page Search, or press Control + F to open the Search Bar within the Study Materials.

You can either paste search terms from your clipboard, using Control + C and Control + V into the search bar, or type your search term, then click Enter to show all available results.  You can then use the up and down arrows to navigate between these search results.

A.  To open the Unofficial Translator Tool, please click the icon,  shown at the bottom of the screen within your exam in the exam toolbar.

For Mac users:

You can copy text from the questions and answers, or the Study Materials into the translator, using Command + C to copy and Command + V to paste into the translator window.

 

For Windows users:

You can copy text from the questions and answers, or the Study Materials into the translator, using Control + C to copy and Command + V to paste into the translator window.

A. Yes. To open the calculator, click the calculator icon in the exam toolbar.

Note;  * = multiply and / = divide.

A. To zoom in and out of your exam questions, or study materials, you can hold Control + scroll your mouse wheel to enlarge or decrease the size of the text displayed on screen.  If you are not using an external mouse, you can do the same my zooming in using your trackpad.

If you are using a Mac, you can hold Command + scroll your mouse wheel, or use the trackpad.

A.  The exam web platform is only delivered in English.  However the exam itself, including all instructions, questions, answers and the language that your invigilator will speak is indicated by the two letter code, found at the end of the Session Title.  This was chosen during exam booking and can no longer be altered.

  • EN =English
  • DE = German
  • FR = French

If the language code does not match the language you selected during booking, please contact VICTVS right away.

Connectivity

A.  A mobile internet or Wi-Fi connection is required to use the FIFA Football Agent Exam App.  Firstly, check that you are connected to the internet by opening a browser on your device. If you are able to connect to a website on that browser, then try again to open the FIFA Football Agent Exam App.   If you are still having issues, try contacting us.

A.  There are two types of alerts in the app.  A single ping indicates that you have a new chat message.  A alarm sound indicates that you have been disconnected from your exam session. Please check your internet connection and attempt to re-enter the session.  If you are still not able to reconnect then please contact the Support Team via the Live Chat.

A.  You are responsible for maintaining a stable connection. A lost connection may result in your exam being cancelled and licence application rejected.
