VICTVS Mobile Apps

The minimum system requirements for using a VICTVS Mobile App are:

A mobile device or tablet with integrated and working:

• Camera (front and back)
• Microphone and loudspeaker (headphones will not be permitted during your session, so it is important that the integrated microphone and speakers are working correctly.)
• Integrated GPS

You will need continuous access to a stable internet connection for the duration of your session, and a fully charged battery plus access to a charger should you require it.

VICTVS on Apple

Devices supported: iPhone (XR, XS, iPhone 11 or later), iPad Pro (2nd generation onwards), iPad Air (3rd generation onwards), iPad (6th generation onwards) and iPad mini (5th generation onwards). Support for iPod touch is no longer supported.

Operating System:  iOS 17 or later

Size of installed application is device specific.

VICTVS on Android

Devices supported:  Android devices

Operating System:  12.0 or later

Size of installed application is device specific.

(Note some older devices may not be compatible, please get in touch if you have any enquiries regarding your device)

VICTVS Web Apps

The minimum system requirements for using the VICTVS web apps are: 

 A laptop or PC with:

• Working web camera  
• Working microphone and speaker (headphones will not be permitted for candidates during your session, so it is important that microphone and speakers are working correctly.) 
• Device is connected to power throughout exam 
• Minimum operating system of Windows 11 / MacOS 14 Sonoma 
• 2GB RAM 
• Continuous access to a stable internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 1.4 Mbps, and a minimum download speed of 1.4 Mbps is required for the duration of your session.

Note: tablets are not permitted for running VICTVS web apps.

VICTVS web apps support the following browsers (most recent or two previous versions supported): 

Safe Exam Browser* 

 The minimum system requirements for using Safe Exam Browser are: 

• Minimum CPU: Dual Core 
• Minimum monitor size: 11.6 inches**
• Minimum RAM: 2 GB
• Minimum screen resolution: 1024 x 720
• Operating system: Microsoft Windows 11 or above, or macOS 14 Sonoma or later. 
• Minimum hard disk space: 200 MB
• A fully functional keyboard and mouse (can be integrated)

* Safe Exam Browser versions 3.10 Windows / 3.6 MacOS with VICTVS provided SEB config file.
** Note only one monitor will be permitted by Safe Exam Browser during exams.
